About David
Dave’s fascination with real estate began in 1997 after being introduced to the field while actively selling his first home. He became a Realtor in 1998 and received his broker’s license in 2008. Licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania he has sold hundreds of homes. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and currently resides in Wilmington, DE. He enjoys helping people realize their dreams of living in a wonderful home, along with helping them to maximize their return on investment when it is time to sell and move on to new adventures.
He has graciously volunteered his efforts with various organizations, The DuPont Nemours Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and Meals on Wheels.
He has held many leadership positions in the industry, including Treasurer of the New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCCBOR). Executive Committee Member, NCCBOR. Member of the Board of Directors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and a member of the Professional Standards Committee, NCCBOR.
In his spare time, he’s managed to achieve the Distinguished Toastmasters Award (DTM of public speaking) with Toastmasters International and has served in various leadership roles within the organization.
