Finding an old time friend of mine, Dave Harrell to list our house was the best thing we did! Dave was very professional in many ways. I feared the experience would be one filled with emotion and uncertainty. I was really fortunate to have Dave as my realtor, who made the job easy. The house is an older property, and I was unsure what needed to be updated, or not. Dave gave me good advice, balancing my personal expense and marketability, and ultimately, I got great value in the sale price. The needed contractors, for whom he vouched personally, were excellent. Dave navigated the negotiations skillfully, and the house was sold with no inspection and no buyer contingencies. The transaction went very smoothly, was stress free, and I didn't even have to go to the closing.
